ASG buys majority stake in Seed Processing Plant

ASG has come a long way since our launch in 2018. This transaction is a historic next chapter in the ASG story. We are proud to have acquired a majority share in the Orkney Seed Processing facility (previously owned by SENWES Ltd).

The factory – with will trade as ZAR Seed Production – provides seed cleaning and treatment services for a variety of Crops – including sunflower, maize, wheat and other small grains. This strategic acquisition further strengthens ASG’s position as a leading company in the South African Agricultural landscape.
