ASG, together with sister company Hygrotech, was proud to be the agricultural inputs sponsor for the Free State Department of Agriculture’s National Food Day Event.
The event was attended by hundreds of local farmers as well as several dignitaries from the department.
Bonita Everts (National Sales Manager for ASG) and Dr Martin Maboko (Horticulturist) was hard at work at the ASG ‘stall’, where they handed out seed ‘goodie-bags’ and gave some tutorials to the attentive crowd.
Afterwards, Bonita had the privilege to cut the ribbon on the newly elected shade-net structure.
ASG is happy to be associated with the Free State Department of Agriculture and hope to continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our emerging farmers through providing sustainable farming solutions.
